When to do MBA in India
If I answer this question honestly to you then I would say there is no prior job experience required for MBA admission anywhere in India. Even IIMs does not ask for job experiences.
But after analyzing the batches and the after MBA jobs report of various MBA colleges, including IIMs, I would suggest you to go for an MBA admission after having 2 to 3 years of job experience after graduation.
In India, 2 to 3 years of work experience (after graduation) is good enough to go for MBA program, if you have more than 3 years of job experience, then you should complete it for 5 years and should choose a global MBA program.
